7. Workshop Terms
- Workshop places are confirmed on receipt of full payment
- Bondwell reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of five days' notice
- Participants must attend sessions for their own personal educational purposes only
- Workshop facilitators do not provide individual advice on participants' personal family situations
- Participants may be asked to leave a session if their conduct affects the learning environment of other attendees
8. Disclaimers
Bondwell resources are provided on an educational "as is" basis. We do not make representations or claims about outcomes that may result from using our materials. Family situations differ, and no template or workshop session can address every individual circumstance.
We are not a regulated professional service. Nothing in our materials or workshops constitutes professional advice in any regulated field. You should seek professional advice from appropriately qualified practitioners for matters requiring professional guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Bondwell's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our resources shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant resource.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or communications failures.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from this Agreement will first be subject to good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.
13. General Provisions
